I am really not that important

Trust me on this.

I have learned in the last 3 months how mean people can be. How with a cover up anything can be made to LOOK different then the actual reality. That even if you support, back up, work your butt off, etc for someone they will NOT return the favor. I have learned that I can bring things to the attention of those who are "in charge" but I am at the bottom of the ladder in importance and if they don't see the need to do something about the "issue" there is a whole lot of nothing I can do about it.

I will be honest, it does hurt a little to support someone and have them "turn" on you.

Going forward things will be a little different...situations will be handled different... reaction to things will be handled differently.. why? Because it isn't worth the stress.
